Sun Pharma Science Foundation is organising its 44th National Symposium on “MULTIOMICS TO CLINICS : THE WAY FORWARD” in collaboration with Department of Biochemistry, All India Institute of medical Sciences, New Delhi.
The integration of Multi-omics technologies into clinical practice is revolutionizing our understanding of diseases and their treatment. Multi-omics, encompassing genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and transcriptomics, allows for a comprehensive view of biological systems and offers a powerful approach for precision medicine. By combining large-scale data from different omics layers, we can uncover complex molecular signatures, biomarkers, and therapeutic targets that are otherwise undetectable through traditional methods. This symposium will explore the potential of Multi-omics to bridge the gap between research and clinical applications, with a focus on non-communicable diseases, cancer, infections, and immunity. The discussions will also highlight the role of precision medicine in improving patient outcomes and advancing targeted therapies.
This event brings together researchers and clinicians to engage in meaningful dialogues, aiming to chart the course for translating multiomics discoveries into clinical practice, ultimately enhancing patient care and therapeutic strategies. Young researchers and budding Scientists, in addition to the experts in the field are encouraged to attend the talks and engage in active discussions at the end of each session.
